MagicBreaks does not only provide a friendly and efficient service whilst booking your holiday but also pre and post departure too. You can contact us with any query or to add any extras such as airport parking, attraction tickets including shows, dinners, them park entry or car hire, we are available between 8 and and 10pm daily to answer any queries you may have. Holiday Balances are generally due 12 weeks prior to your departure unless you are advised otherwise. Some reservations do however require full payment at time of booking. Balance Reminders are normally emailed however it is important to also ensure we have your contact details on file should we fail to reach you via email.
When you are ready to pay your balance please call our admin team on 0330 880 5006 and quote your 8 digit file reference. Credit card payments will incur a minimum 2% credit card charge. No charge for Debit Cards.

We always try our best to accommodate client's needs within the limits of the terms and conditions of the operators involved with the booking.
Tickets are normally processed 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. Tickets are issued in an e-ticket format, please check your email inbox for your travel documentation. If you change your postal or email address please notify a member of our team on 0330 880 5006 to ensure your travel documentation is sent to the correct place.
